We recognize the unique challenges faced by international students in the U.S. job market. Path2Success provides comprehensive career support tailored to these needs. Currently, Path2Success Career Support assists MPOWER customers throughout the job search process with:

One-on-one sessions with a recruiting expert to review your job search plan

Access to resume, Linkedin profile, and cover letter review by industry experts 

Access to a video interview simulator to practice video interviews and receive a personalized report on soft skills, personality traits, communication, and overall interview performance

What to Expect from Path2Success Ambassadors

A collaborative community is vital to our students’ success. International students face many unique challenges in starting a career in a foreign country. The Path2Success Ambassadors program is designed to allow like-minded international students to come together and support each others’ success. 

Our goal is to help our members share opportunities across organizations, nations, and cultures. We aim to:

Provide opportunities to build mentorship and networking skills

Provide resources to enable students to manage their finances responsibly

Create a vibrant community that is for international students and of international students, facilitated by Path2Success

Our program is designed to help our customers succeed in the U.S. and Canada.
