Duncan has served as the VP of Digital Marketing and Sales Operations since 2022. Under his leadership, Digital Marketing has driven MPOWER’s top-line growth through channel expansion and market development in over 100 countries over the past two years. Prior to joining MPOWER Financing, Duncan built and led marketing teams at B2C and B2B2C technology companies, including Capital One, Sprint Nextel and Blackboard, among others. He boasts a proven track record of developing new channels, expanding markets, and launching innovative products. He earned an MBA in marketing from the Wharton Business School and a BA in history from Swarthmore College.
