Financing your education: Benefits beyond funding from MPOWER

The MPOWER Career Accelerator $100 gift card is open to new and existing applicants that successfully submit their loan application by August 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST. For an application to be considered “submitted,” the online application must be completed and the applicant must upload the requested government ID. Return customers seeking another loan with MPOWER are eligible. Applicants that have already submitted their loan application are not eligible. 

This promotion is restricted to the Fall ‘25 / Spring ‘26 school year. We will honor loan deferrals from Fall ‘25 to Spring ‘26. This promotion does not work for the Fall ‘26 term under any circumstances. 

The $100 reward will be paid to applicants upon successful disbursement of their MPOWER loan.

For new customers, the current program considers completed applications submitted between the period beginning on July 31 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ending on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST. No, the program applies only to individuals who do not already have a submitted loan application with MPOWER. If you already have a loan with MPOWER, and are applying for a second loan, you are eligible.

An applicant needs to upload their ID in the application process before August 31, 2025. Any returning customer applying for another loan, who has submitted a loan application with MPOWER between July 21, 2025 and August 31, 2025, qualifies for the $100 Career Incentive.

After MPOWER makes its first loan disbursement to the applicant, they receive US$100 via PayPal in their bank account or a US$100 gift card on their personal email, within 60 days, if PayPal does not operate in their country.

To be “eligible” for the $100 Career Incentive, an applicant must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have applied or been accepted to a listed MPOWER school in the US or Canada.
• Upload their ID and submit an application on or   
• Not be an employee of MPOWER or any of its or their subsidiaries, third-party servicers, agents, affiliates, promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members.

A qualified applicant for $100 Career Incentive means:

• New applicants need to submit their application and upload their government issued ID between July 31, 2025, and August 31, 2025.
• Returning customers need to submit their application and upload their government issued ID between July 21, 2025, and August 31, 2025.
• The applicant is applying for a loan for the Fall ‘25 / Spring ‘26 school year. 
• Once the application for the applicant has been processed and approved by MPOWER, and MPOWER has made its first loan disbursement to the applicant, a US$100 reward will be awarded to the applicant within 60 days.
• The applicant does not already have an active application for an MPOWER student loan (regardless of the email address or alias).
• Applications submitted before the promotion began are not eligible for this promotion. Similarly, applicants who cancel applications started prior to the promotion start date and subsequently open new applications during the eligibility period described above are not eligible for this incentive.

Rewards are subject to verification. MPOWER may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. They may also refuse to verify and process any transaction MPOWER deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or beliefs will impose potential liability on MPOWER, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents.

All of MPOWER’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a qualified applicant or reward is verified.

MPOWER Loans are available to undergraduate and graduate, domestic and international students enrolled at eligible universities or working in the U.S. after graduation. MPOWER reserves the right to cancel or amend the $100 Career Incentive, including these Terms & Conditions, in its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. MPOWER reserves the right to disqualify you from the $100 Career Incentive if you violate any of the $100 Career Incentive’s Terms & Conditions, or otherwise abuse this program, as determined by MPOWER in its sole and absolute discretion.
