400;\">\u5e76\u4e14\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5f97\u5230\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u548c\u79fb\u6c11\u670d\u52a1\u5c40(USCIS)\u7684\u6279\u51c6<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3002USCIS\u548cDHS\u90fd\u662f\u51b3\u5b9a\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u4e8b\u52a1\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u95e8\u3002<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6839\u636eDHS\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0cF-1\u5b66\u751f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6821\u56ed\u5185\u6216\u201c\u6559\u80b2\u5173\u8054\u7684\u6821\u5916\u5730\u70b9\u201d\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740F-1\u5b66\u751f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6821\u56ed\u5185\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5982\u4e66\u5e97\u3001\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u3001\u5bbf\u820d\u6216\u98df\u5802\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cF-1\u5b66\u751f\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7c7b\u4f3c\u6821\u5916\u7814\u7a76\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u8fd9\u7b26\u5408DHS\u5bf9\u201c\u6559\u80b2\u5173\u8054\u7684\u6821\u5916\u5730\u70b9\u201d\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u5728\u4f60\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5b66\u5e74\uff0c\u4f60\u53ea\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u5728\u6821\u56ed\u5185\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cDHS\u5173\u4e8e\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u503c\u5f97\u5f3a\u8c03\uff1a\u4f60\u5728\u5b66\u671f\u95f4\u6bcf\u5468\u53ea\u80fd\u5de5\u4f5c\u6700\u591a20\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5047\u671f\u548c\u4f11\u5047\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5982\u590f\u5b63\/\u51ac\u5b63\u5047\u671f\u548c\u611f\u6069\u8282\u5047\u671f\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5168\u804c\u5de5\u4f5c\uff08\u6bcf\u546840\u5c0f\u65f6\uff09\u3002\u4f46\u8bf7\u8bb0\u4f4f\uff0c\u4f60\u6bcf\u5468\u7684\u603b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d85\u8fc720\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5373\u4f7f\u4f60\u5728\u6821\u56ed\u5185\u6709\u591a\u4efd\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f60\u6bcf\u5468\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u95f4\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d85\u8fc720\u5c0f\u65f6\u3002<\/span>\u8bf7\u786e\u4fdd\u4f60\u9075\u5faa\u4e0b\u9762\u76844\u6761\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u4f60\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u5728\u6821\u56ed\u5185\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u6211\u5982\u4f55\u627e\u5230\u6821\u56ed\u5185\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u627e\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u9762\u8bd5\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8ba9\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u538b\u529b\u91cd\u91cd\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5f53\u4f60\u4e4b\u524d\u4ece\u672a\u6709\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u7ecf\u5386\u3002\u9605\u8bfb\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u8ba9\u4f60\u6709\u4e2a\u597d\u7684\u5f00\u59cb\uff01<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li
