#5da2da;\"><strong>\u6211\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u7a0e\u52a1\u8868\u683c\u5417\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u662f\u7684\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u786e\u8ba4\uff01\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5b66\u4e60\u7684\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u6bcf\u5e74\u81f3\u5c11\u9700\u8981\u5411IRS\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e00\u4efd8843\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u4f60\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6536\u5165\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u5e74\u5185\u6709\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u8054\u90a6\u7a0e\u52a1\u7533\u62a5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u4f60\u63d0\u4ea4\u7a0e\u52a1\u7533\u62a5\u65f6\uff0c\u4f60\u5fc5\u987b\u5411\u653f\u5e9c\u62a5\u544a\u4f60\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6765\u6e90 &#8211; \u5305\u62ec\u4f60\u5df2\u7ecf\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\u548c\u4f60\u4ecd\u7136\u6b20\u6b3e\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u4f60\u7533\u8bf7\u53ef\u80fd\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6263\u9664\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u8ba1\u7b97\u4f60\u5e94\u8be5\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u603b\u7a0e\u6b3e\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u5e74\u5185\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\u8d85\u8fc7\u4f60\u5e94\u8be5\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u91d1\u989d\uff0c\u4f60\u5c06\u6709\u6743\u83b7\u5f97\u9000\u6b3e\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u4e0d\u591f\uff0c\u4f60\u5fc5\u987b\u652f\u4ed8\u5dee\u989d\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><span #5da2da;\"><strong>\u6211\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6536\u5165\u3002\u6211\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u7a0e\u52a1\u6587\u4ef6\u5417\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u662f\u7684\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u4f60\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u4f5c\u4e3a\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6301F\u6216J\u7b7e\u8bc1\u5c45\u4f4f\uff0c\u4f60\u5fc5\u987b\u5b8c\u62108843\u8868\u683c\u5e76\u5c06\u5176\u53d1\u9001\u7ed9IRS\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><span #5da2da;\"><strong>\u6211\u5e94\u8be5\u63d0\u4ea4\u54ea\u79cd\u7a0e\u52a1\u8868\u683c\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u540d\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u88ab\u5f52\u5165\u201c\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u201d\u7a0e\u52a1\u7c7b\u522b\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u7533\u62a5\u662f<a noreferrer\"><strong>1040NR<\/strong><\/a>\u6216<strong>1040NR-EZ<\/strong>\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6ca1\u6709\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u8d5a\u53d6\u4efb\u4f55\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u5b8c\u6210<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/pub\/irs-pdf\/f8843.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Form 8843<\/strong><\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #5da2da;\"><strong>\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e2a\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u7533\u62a5\u7684\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\u65f6\u5019\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u90a6\u4e2a\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u7533\u62a5\u7684\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u662f<strong>4\u670815\u65e5<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><span #5da2da;\"><strong>\u6211\u5982\u4f55\u786e\u5b9a\u6211\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u8eab\u4efd\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u786e\u5b9a\u60a8\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u8eab\u4efd\u5bf9\u4e8e\u63d0\u4ea4\u5408\u89c4\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u7533\u62a5\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u4f4f\u8eab\u4efd\u662f\u201c\u5c45\u6c11\u201d\u548c\u201c\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u201d\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6301F\u3001J\u3001M\u6216Q\u7b7e\u8bc1\u5b66\u4e60\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u7a0e\u52a1\u76ee\u7684\u7684\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #5da2da;\"><strong>\u201c\u7a0e\u6536\u51cf\u514d\u548c\u5c31\u4e1a\u6cd5\u6848\u201d\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u6211\u5417\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u201c\u7a0e\u6536\u51cf\u514d\u548c\u5c31\u4e1a\u6cd5\u6848\u201d\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u7f8e\u56fd\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u548c\u53c2\u52a0J-1\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4eba\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u4e0e\u6240\u8c13\u7684\u201c\u4e2a\u4eba\u51cf\u514d\u201d\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\u6709\u5173\u3002\u8fd9\u5bfc\u81f4\u6240\u6709\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u5e94\u7a0e\u6536\u5165\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b64\u6cd5\u6848\u63a8\u51fa\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u90fd\u6709\u6743\u901a\u8fc7\u4e2a\u4eba\u51cf\u514d\u8d5a\u53d6\u9ad8\u8fbe$4,050\u7684\u6536\u5165\u800c\u4e0d\u7528\u7f34\u7a0e\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e2a\u4eba\u51cf\u514d\u57282018\u5e741\u6708\u4ece$4,050\u964d\u4f4e\u5230$0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2a\u4eba\u51cf\u514d\u7684\u53d6\u6d88\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e00\u4e9b\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8054\u90a6\u7a0e\u6536\u9000\u6b3e\u5c06\u4f1a\u51cf\u5c11\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e0e65\u4e2a\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u6709\u7a0e\u6536\u534f\u5b9a\u3002\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u548c\u5b66\u8005\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u8054\u90a6\u7a0e\u6536\u9000\u6b3e\u65f6\u53ef\u80fd\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a0e\u6536\u534f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><span &#8211; \u60a8\u5728\u8be5\u5dde\u8d5a\u53d6\u7684\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u60a8\u5728\u8be5\u5dde\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff08\u5c45\u6c11\u3001\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u6216\u90e8\u5206\u5e74\u5ea6\u5c45\u6c11\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8be5\u5dde\u7684\u7533\u62a5\u95e8\u69db\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><span
