Jason Henrichs, s\u00f3cio-gerente do Kinetic Group; Nick Maynard, Diretor S\u00eanior de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.d2dfund.org\/\">D2D Fund<\/a>; Manu Smadja, CEO e co-fundador da <a href=\"https:\/\/mpowerfinancing.com\/\">MPOWER Financing<\/a>; e Paul Vogelman, COO na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pawnguru.com\/\">PawnGuru<\/a> compartilharam suas percep\u00e7\u00f5es com uma audi\u00eancia \u00edntima de colegas empreendedores, l\u00edderes sem fins lucrativos e outros interessados.<\/p>\n<p>O painel abordou t\u00f3picos cr\u00edticos como a paisagem de produtos para o consumidor em constante mudan\u00e7a; a perseveran\u00e7a necess\u00e1ria para identificar as dores do consumidor, desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras e mudar comportamentos; e regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es que impedem a inova\u00e7\u00e3o, crescimento e progresso.<\/p>\n<p>Maynard\u00a0destacou o incr\u00edvel sucesso das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.d2dfund.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">poupan\u00e7as vinculadas a pr\u00eamios<\/a>\u2014um \u00f3timo exemplo de pura inova\u00e7\u00e3o criando impacto em larga escala. Henrichs ofereceu sua vis\u00e3o \u00fanica como um empreendedor experiente que fundou empresas em diferentes ind\u00fastrias.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m perguntamos aos painelistas sobre o papel que o Financial Solutions Lab e o CFSI poderiam desempenhar na melhoria do ambiente de startups. Vogelman notou:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>Como empreendedor de fintech, vejo um valor tremendo em um relacionamento cont\u00ednuo com o CFSI. Os dados que o CFSI compilou j\u00e1 foram uma entrada extremamente significativa nas primeiras decis\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas do PawnGuru. Al\u00e9m disso, a rede de consultores, investidores e formuladores de pol\u00edticas que o CFSI construiu ser\u00e1 muito significativa no futuro para nossa empresa \u00e0 medida que buscamos expandir e crescer para novos mercados e localidades geogr\u00e1ficas.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o painel abordou a import\u00e2ncia da conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o e educa\u00e7\u00e3o no espa\u00e7o fintech e notou o enorme potencial do mobile para alcan\u00e7ar os desassistidos. Vogelman notou que 80% das submiss\u00f5es do PawnGuru s\u00e3o enviadas via mobile. Os painelistas tamb\u00e9m deram um rosto humano real aos seus neg\u00f3cios ao compartilhar por que eles pessoalmente entraram em fintech. Aqui est\u00e1 a hist\u00f3ria inspiradora de Smadja\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>Sou formado em engenharia e passei um tempo na Capital One e depois na McKinsey, onde fiz muito trabalho no espa\u00e7o de inclus\u00e3o financeira e desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico. Mas minha liga\u00e7\u00e3o com o financiamento estudantil \u00e9 uma hist\u00f3ria muito mais pessoal. Vim para os EUA quando tinha 17 anos e lutei para garantir o financiamento estudantil. Simplesmente n\u00e3o havia muitas op\u00e7\u00f5es de empr\u00e9stimo privado para cidad\u00e3os n\u00e3o americanos. E ent\u00e3o, cerca de um ano atr\u00e1s, um estudante atual da minha alma mater enviou um e-mail para a lista de ex-alunos. Ele compartilhou uma hist\u00f3ria de que estava com um d\u00e9ficit de $500 para o m\u00eas, no \u00faltimo semestre do terceiro ano. Suas op\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras eram sombrias; os bancos tradicionais n\u00e3o emprestam para estudantes sem um avalista forte. Foi quando percebi que essa falta de acesso ao cr\u00e9dito afeta n\u00e3o apenas estudantes internacionais, mas tamb\u00e9m estudantes dom\u00e9sticos.
